The spiritual journey, and consequently the human journey, is an ongoing and profound process. It serves as an initiation into the art of living from the depths of our hearts.

Significant growth occurs when we approach spirituality and self-care as a celebration of our inherent goodness and value, rather than fixating on what needs fixing. This presents a unique opportunity to delve into misunderstood spiritual concepts, conduct a comprehensive and enlightening assessment of our self-care and spiritual practices, reevaluate our approach to shadow work, gain a deeper understanding of what truly calms our nervous system, and, above all, recalibrate our inner compass to discern what aligns with our individual paths.

You will be immersed in a tranquil environment, guided by insightful instructors, and pampered with our freshly prepared vegetarian cuisine, cultivated and cooked in accordance with the principles of Ayurveda. This retreat is suitable for both beginners in meditation and yoga, as well as those seeking to reinforce and strengthen their existing spiritual practices, providing a solid foundation for a lifetime of dedicated practice.

Hello, I'm Katrin!

Teaching people how to live from the depths of our hearts brings me immense joy. I am passionate about fostering authentic relationships where we hold each other accountable and maintain our integrity. Life, with all its experiences, is something I choose to embrace wholeheartedly. I approach each experience with an open heart, much like a bittersweet love story unafraid of the darkness. Connecting with others through kindness, empathy, and openness is something I strive for. I firmly believe that we have the power to create a new legacy rooted in true love, peace, and harmony.

My greatest wish for you is to experience heart-opening moments that bring joy and meaning to your life. Even during moments that release wounds, evoking deep sadness and tears, we can experience this profound sense of connection to a spiritual force that loves and supports us in our journey.


I have an insatiable hunger to connect with more than what our ordinary senses perceive in the material world. There is a strong desire within me to unite with others, reviving support and unconditional love as we progress on our path of healing and evolution.

Out of my own deep love for various teachings I came across, I am nowadays bridging feminine spiritual practice, sacred sexuality, conscious relationship, somatic awareness techniques, self-inquiry, meditation, Hatha Yoga, trauma therapy, and ritual alchemy in my offerings. I am holding certifications as a Hatha Yoga and Tantra Teacher, Somatic Trauma Therapist and Sound Healing Therapist.

My teaching style is grounded, innovative, deeply mystical, evocative, and rooted in fierce love to wake the innate wisdom within each of us. Embodiment and my own experiences inform my sharing deeply. I therefore have immersed myself deeply in these transformations and have spent over 280 in silent meditation retreats, over 98 days in dark retreats, and have completed two 49-day silent retreats, one as a dark retreat.


To safeguard the energy cultivated within this container, participants are asked to stay on-site and not seek accommodation outside of the retreat venue.


Prices include 11 nights in chosen type of accommodation, 3 meals per day and retreat.
